I’d been thinking a lot about creating this blog. But the turning point was a series of rather nasty, dismissive comments about male victims of abuse. After a few hours of searching, I noticed there aren’t that many sites dedicated to providing a voice to society’s most silent sufferers.
So here it is…
I plan on posting a variety of articles and comments, and maybe a few rants, but mostly it’ll be things that revolve around the issues that face males. And I plan on starting a thread of men and boys to post their experiences. Feel free to comment, but be nice!

I belong to a group for adults who were abused as children. I know that it occurs almost as often for boys as it does for girls. Read the book “When She Was Bad” about female violence. My mother was a pedophile. Not until we give equal rights and accountability to both male and female abusers will we begin to see healing from this terrible crime.
