The crimes you hate most in others are your own.

The feminst concept of patriarchy describes a Biblical culture, and also a Latin culture perhaps, but only indirectly applies to Western Europe, for obvious historical reasons. Feminists nevertherless assert that these cultures are the basis of Western culture. Probably they are just historically illierate, because that misconception is common; perhaps it is simply disingenuous.

Remember that this is Tunisia, not someplace in the West, and a whole different set of cultural assumptions apply. One assumption is the complete passivity and powerlessness of women vis-a-vis men. Come to think of it, that is a base assumption of feminism. So feminism and Arabic culture share a base assumption about gender relations. Not a very flattering observation about feminism.

Hmm just wow, if this flies in court, we’d have to ask ourselves what kind of evil fantasy world we just entered. Is it Cool World or Gotham City or something for things to be so weird?
