Bluffs woman pleads not guilty to having sex with teen boy — A Council Bluffs woman has pleaded not guilty to charges of sexual abuse involving a 15-year-old boy. Jessica Pritchard, 26, was arrested on July 23 in Alliance, Nebraska, and charged with four counts of third-degree sexual abuse involving a minor and four counts of dissemination and exhibition of obscene material to a minor. If convicted of third-degree sexual abuse with a minor, a Class C felony, Pritchard could face up to 10 years in prison and a $10,000 fine.

Cass County mother sent to prison for sexual abuse of daughter — In a case that a Cass County prosecutor called one of the most shocking in his career, a Jones woman was sentenced to prison Friday for sexually molesting her young daughter, making a video of it and sending it to an online boyfriend. The 38-year-old, whom The Tribune is not identifying in order to shield the victim’s identity, pleaded guilty to two counts of second-degree criminal sexual conduct, one count of manufacture of child sexually abusive material and one count of possession of child sexually abusive material.

Craig Handasyde: Former DHS disability worker jailed for 12 months over sexual abuse of male clients — A former Department of Human Services disability support worker who sexually abused a number of disabled male clients has been jailed for 12 months. Craig Handasyde, from Croydon, abused his victims in a number of residential facilities between 1997 and 2011. Most of his eight victims, aged in their 20s, 30s, 40s and 50s, were unable to properly communicate and some were deaf, blind and could not talk.

According to the complaint registered by the father of the 15-year-old boy, who is the victim, the Swami repeatedly abused his son and threatened to kill him if he revealed the same to anyone. The Kheda police has launched a hunt for ​Sadhu Atmaswami, who is allegedly missing after the complaint was lodged in Naroda in Ahmedabad.
